 No-cost Coin Operated Laundry Equipment

We can supply coin-operated washers and dryers to existing facilities at no cost to the building.

The charge per cycle depends on the size of building and usage. Our income covers the supply of the machines, installation to existing facilities and service for a 1 to 3 year period. If the building wishes to share the income this cost can be added.

The advantages to your building is that we supply you with regular cleaning, disinfecting, preventative maintenance service and priority service when required.

When service is required residents contact our office directly. There is no charge for this service. Our toll-free number is displayed in the laundry on signs provided and on the machines. This ensures service calls are attended promptly and we get accurate details of the faults from the residents. Calls received prior to 10 am Monday to Friday are guaranteed to be attended the same day.

To obtain an accurate estimate we would conduct a site inspection and estimate accordingly on your building. Once the estimate is accepted we would send you a contract, and once signed we would then install equipment.

 Rental Coin Operated Operated Laundry Equipment

We can supply machines on a rental basis, for example, top load coin operated washers and dryers at per week prices. With this option, we supply equipment to existing facilities and the Owner or Body Corp collect the coins. We will service machine if there is a fault.

 Sale of Commercial Laundry Equipment

Upon request, we can quote to sell commercial equipment including delivery, installation, and removal of old equipment to the unit share laundries of buildings managed by you.

 Maintenance and Repair of Laundry Equipment in Unit Share Laundries

Upon a written work order, we can repair commercial laundry equipment in unit share laundries at a service call charge. For our coin-operated sites, there is no charge.

We can also offer advice to improve the share laundry facilities with commercial laundry equipment made to handle intensive usage by many different customers. When we manage share laundries, they are taken care of by us and become our concern, allowing busy Strata Managers to focus on other issues.

 Auditing

Our latest model machines are computerised and have cycle counters that cannot be re-set. So any cycle put into the machine is cumulative and fully auditable for your security and assurance.
